These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and
THREEMATES TECH VENTURE ("we", "us", "our"), with registered address at Near CUTM, Shreehari Vihar Colony, Jatni, Khordha, Odisha, IN - 752050. They govern your access to and use of
our website, learning platform, cohorts, content, certificates, and any related
services (collectively, the "Platform").
By creating an account, enrolling in a cohort, or otherwise using the Platform,
you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these
Terms together with our Privacy Notice at https://academy.threemates.tech/privacy-policy and Refund Policy at
https://academy.threemates.tech/refund. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years old to register independently. If you are
between 13 and 18, you may use the Platform only with the verifiable consent of
a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. We do not
knowingly enrol Learners below 13. Institutions are responsible for confirming
that the Learners they sponsor meet these eligibility criteria.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating
your account and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding
your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Notify us immediately at hello@threemates.tech if you suspect unauthorised access.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are being used
in violation of these Terms, applicable law, or our Acceptable Use rules below.
Access to a Cohort begins on the start date communicated at enrolment and ends
on the published end date plus any grace period we offer. Recordings and
post-cohort access, if any, are governed by the specific cohort's published
description.
We may, at our discretion and from time to time:
When changes are material and adverse, we will notify enrolled Learners by
email and offer a fair remedy (such as a transfer to another Cohort or a refund
under the Refund Policy).

Violation may result in immediate suspension, removal from a Cohort, forfeiture
of fees, and any other remedy available to us.
Fees for each Cohort are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive or
exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout. We use a third-party
payment processor; by paying you also agree to that processor's terms.
Where required, we will issue a tax invoice naming the registered Learner or
the sponsoring Institution. Institutions are responsible for any internal
withholding tax obligations and for providing accurate GSTIN and billing
addresses.
Cancellations and refunds are governed by the Refund Policy published at
https://academy.threemates.tech/refund, which forms part of these Terms.
A Certificate of Completion may be issued to Learners who satisfy the
attendance, submission, and assessment criteria published for the relevant
Cohort. Certificates are an acknowledgement of participation; they are not
academic degrees, professional licences, or guarantees of employment.
We may revoke a Certificate that we determine was issued in error, obtained
through cheating, plagiarism, impersonation, or other misconduct.
All Content is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright,
trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited,
non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the
Content for your personal, non-commercial learning during your enrolment.
You retain ownership of work product that you create as part of a Cohort (such
as projects, code, and assignments). By submitting it to the Platform you grant
us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and
showcase it for instructional, evaluation, and promotional purposes, with
attribution where reasonable.
The Platform integrates with third-party services such as payment processors,
video conferencing, email delivery, analytics, and AI tools. Your use of those
services is subject to their own terms and privacy notices. We are not
responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Notice at
https://academy.threemates.tech/privacy-policy, which explains what we collect, why, and how we handle it.
The Platform and Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or
implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy,
non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant any
specific learning outcome, certification, job placement, or income result.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither THREEMATES TECH VENTURE nor its
directors, employees, instructors, or affiliates will be liable for any
indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages,
or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity,
arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.
Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or related to these
Terms or the Platform will not exceed the fees you actually paid to us in the
twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless THREEMATES TECH VENTURE and its affiliates,
officers, employees, and instructors from any claim, demand, loss, or expense
(including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms,
your violation of any law, or your infringement of any third-party right.
You may stop using the Platform at any time and may request account deletion
by writing to hello@threemates.tech. We may suspend or terminate your access at any
time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or if we are required
to do so by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination
(including IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing
law) will survive.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the
top reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be communicated by
email or an in-product notice. Your continued use of the Platform after a
change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-
laws principles. Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection law that grants
you a more favourable forum, the courts at Khordha, India will have
exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these
Terms or the Platform.
